Admissions Procedure

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Shri Ram Vidya Mandir High School, we follow a simple, transparent, and supportive admission procedure to ensure parents and students have a smooth enrollment experience. Our aim is to make the entire process easy to understand and completely stress-free.

PROCEDURE FOR SEEKING ADMISSION

1.       

STEP 1Registration

Parents can begin the admission process by registering their child for the desired class. Registration can be completed in two ways:

  • Online Registration: Visit the official school website and fill out the online admission form.
  • Offline Registration: Visit the Front Desk Office at Shri Ram Vidya Mandir High School and complete the registration form manually.

STEP 2Entrance ExamAfter successful registration, the school conducts an Entrance Examination.
The Admission Officer arranges the exam according to the class for which admission is being sought.
The purpose of the exam is to understand the child’s academic level and readiness for the curriculum at Shri Ram Vidya Mandir High School.

3.       

STEP 3Payment of Admission Fee

Upon qualifying the entrance exam, parents are required to pay the Admission Fee at the Accounts Department.
This fee confirms the child’s seat for the selected class and allows the school to proceed with the next steps of enrollment.

4.       

STEP 4Documentation

After fee submission, parents must submit all necessary documents along with the completed Admission Form at the Records Department.
The required documents (as applicable) include:

  • Birth Certificate of the student
  • Aadhaar Card of student and parents
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Previous school report card / Transfer Certificate (for higher classes)
  • Medical or category certificates (if applicable)
  • Any additional documents mentioned in the school’s “Documents to be Submitted.
